CEDIS Project Held Its First Transnational Meeting in Cagliari!
The CEDIS – Circular Economy in Digital Storytelling project successfully carried out its first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM1) in Cagliari, Sardinia, bringing together partners from six European countries to officially launch the project activities. The meeting took place on January 18–20, 2024 at I.I.S. Giua Michele, marking an important milestone for the consortium.
Hosted by I.I.S. Giua Michele, the kick-off meeting served as a platform for consortium members to align expectations, clarify responsibilities, and collectively plan the first steps of this 24-month Erasmus+ initiative (Project No: KA220-NI-23-24-151214).

- Presentation of the project vision, structure, and expected outcomes
- Review of administrative and financial procedures led by the project coordinator LernBar Europa e.V.
- Detailed discussion of Work Packages, timelines, and partner responsibilities
- Planning of research, digital storytelling activities, and upcoming dissemination initiatives
- Introduction of the project management and communication channels
- School tour and cultural exchange hosted by I.I.S. Giua Michele, offering partners insight into the local educational context
Their guidance ensured that partners gained a clear understanding of the project’s strategic direction and the collaborative efforts needed to achieve the project goals.
🔹 A Strong Start for CEDIS
The consortium left Cagliari with a shared sense of purpose and motivation. Over the next two years, partners will work together to:
- Explore how digital storytelling can enhance Circular Economy education
- Develop innovative teaching tools
- Promote sustainability, creativity, and digital literacy in educational environments across Europe
The CEDIS project is now officially underway, and the energy of the kick-off meeting sets a strong foundation for impactful collaboration.
